The last two weeks I have taken a huge hit on being able to go to the gym. Also add in the two week rest period from the time prior to this in ability to go to the gym and that equals some substantial losses from where I was end of June. Yet there is some light coming here at the end of the tunnel. School is approaching quite fast, and that means I consitently go back to the gym. Eastern Michigan closes their Rec center a week and a half before fall semester starts, knowing that this was coming it was hard to put myself though a workout regime that would have to end soon. Hopefully with my schedule this semester I will be able to do a lot of M-W-F-Sa workouts. All I have to do is stay focused and on track. Does anyone read this?

August 13th workout.

Seeing that I have completely and utterly sucked the past two weeks, I am going to have to get back in the swing of things.

Bench Press 155x10x3
Dips 10x3
Skull Crushers 95x5x3
Chin Ups 10x3
Incline DB Bench 60x5x3
Abs Till I puke or pass out

End Set Mini Spartan. (some revision)
Bench 135x25
Chin ups 25x1
Push Ups 50x1
Crunches 50x1
Goal under 8 minutes after doing the above workout.
