August 13th workout.
Seeing that I have completely and utterly sucked the past two weeks, I am going to have to get back in the swing of things.
Bench Press 155x10x3
Dips 10x3
Skull Crushers 95x5x3
Chin Ups 10x3
Incline DB Bench 60x5x3
Abs Till I puke or pass out
End Set Mini Spartan. (some revision)
Bench 135x25
Chin ups 25x1
Push Ups 50x1
Crunches 50x1
Goal under 8 minutes after doing the above workout.

What are your rest periods? I've learned over the years that the rest can make or break a good routine.
Roughly a minute-90 seconds. I really want to start shortening my rest but then I can't stay consistent with repetitions. They turn into 10-8-4
