Just so you don't thing I haven't been working out since my last post. I been working out at a new gym and have basically forgot about this blog. So here is my workout for 3/3/08.

1 mile warm up

Overhead Press 6x100
Decline 135x8 155x4 185x2 200x1
Abs TBD
Lying DB press alt hands 3x60'sx6
Pec Dec Flies 3x200x8
Upright bench machine weight TBD
