One legged squat weighted. 3x8 70 lbs (each leg)
Weighted crunches 50 reps
Calf raises 3x12 300lbs
Dips 3x10
lower body exercise???? Can't remember what?

Worked out 9/7-9/8-9/11-9/12-9/13

Wind sprints on 9/14

Sorry I can't remember what I did on these days. I forgot to update the website. But I have been going consistently.
